Meat and Sweet Taco
Hi! My name is Tamara. I’m an Afro-Indigenous single mother and student with MNFC’s Adult Learning Program. I have many interests, one of which is cooking! A twist on the “Indian Taco”: join us to prep, mix, and enjoy a few options to top traditional Luskinikn (Fry Bread).
Roti with the Family
Xavi is 10 years old and loves watching and playing hockey and soccer. He also loves baking and drawing. Ru is 12 and loves sports, baking and designing. Their mum, Priya, loves being a mum, cycling and learning anything! We’ll be cooking aloo paratha roti and bhaji!
Veronica’s Kitchen
Veronica is back and excited to share an evening of learning, cooking and a community meal with you. Come learn how to make traditional naan bread with curry chicken, learn about the health benefits of a variety of spices and cook a yummy dessert to complete the meal.
