Curbside Blooms
The North End Business Association helps promote, support and advocate safe, attractive and interesting commercial spaces in the North End. We have partnered with NEBA, to add some vibrancy to Gottingen St. Join us as we plant bulbs to help brighten 5 planters for next spring.
Bokashi Composting
We’re Veronica and Raphaelle from Hope Blooms! Come join us and learn about a type of composting originating from Japan which means “fermented organic matter”. Not just fruit and vegetable scraps, one can compost meat and dairy! Come visit our space and learn about this anaerobic process.
Pick A Pack and Plant It
Join in to start or add to your home plant collection. Select a seed pack, use your imagination to paint or decorate your container and plant away! Take home your item and we’d love to hear how it’s growing!
Seed Swap
Do you have leftover seeds you’re not using? Would you like to explore new things to plant? Come to the shop for a seed swap, take some seeds, leave some seeds and let’s chat about gardening.
Green Your Space
Hope Blooms is such an amazing social hub and community pillar in the North End. Join Natasha and team as we collaborate together on a greening and growing session. Bring your green thumbs, energy and let’s get our hands dirty!
Take Home Garden Box
Rach (she/they) is an enthusiastic carpenter and gardener living in the North End, who is passionate about sharing these skills with others. Together, let’s build a small take home garden box complete with soil and seedlings. No experience necessary!
